The Strategic Partnerships Manager will work alongside the Head of Sales to identify, contact, and close relationships with strategic partners. This role will consist of finding new partnership opportunities with various players in the financial services space (PSPs, Gateways, Digital Wallets, Payment Orchestration Platforms).
This position will lead the process all the way from identification to go live and will also be the primary point of contact with the partners to achieve success and get the most out of the relationship.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Identify and source enterprise partnership opportunities with key partners within the financial services space.
- Drive commercial deals from concept to key terms to contract signature and integration.
- Deliver a great experience to our partners - you will represent our company and be our partners’ liaison internally
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech Support, Compliance, Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities.
- Keep ongoing relationships with new partners and offer new ways to grow the partnerships.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in strategic partner/client management with a history of managing complex enterprise.
- In-depth industry knowledge of the payments industry.
- Bachelor's degree.
- English native/near native and spanish advanced will be a plus.
- Strong business acumen, a history of identifying and execute commercial opportunities within the financial services space.
- Self-motivated, with ability to lead and drive change initiatives, can-do attitude.
- Good organisational/time management skills, structural thinking.
- Great multitasking skills.
- Ability to be hands on with high attention to detail but also not lose strategic standpoint.
- Willingness to work in a fast-growing company working environment and adapt to changes fast and eventually lead this department.
