**WHAT WE OFFER**

Major tasks and responsibilities:
Implementation of optimal and safe operating

Fine adjustment of production plan

Coordination of maintenance activities with maintenance team

Technical support of shifts

Problem-solving through fundamentally sound technical solutions

Continuous check of process design and operation to improve yield and throughput

Project support as process expert

Coordination for efficient Run up and shut down of production facility, product changeover, activities

Triggering of changes in process (management of change)

Internal communication and information on changes in production

Create and improve operation instructions

Coordination of plant safety measures

Reporting of unit efficiency

Qualifications:
Technician / Bachelor or other state certified qualification / Process engineer / Chemical engineer

Several years of experience in a production plant

Expert knowledge in a specific field

Fluent English
