WHAT WE OFFER

Se requiere incorporar Production Expert en la Planta de Covestro de Barcelona.

Las Principales tareas y responsabilidades del puesto son:
Implementación de operaciones óptimas y seguras

Ajuste fino del plan de producción

Coordinación de las actividades de mantenimiento con el equipo de mantenimiento

Soporte técnico y organizativo de turnos

Resolución de problemas a través de soluciones técnicas fundamentalmente sólidas

Comprobación continua del diseño y la operación del proceso para mejorar el rendimiento y la producción

Soporte de proyectos como experto en procesos

Coordinación para la puesta en marcha y el cierre eficiente de las instalaciones de producción, cambio de producto, actividades

Activación de cambios en proceso (gestión del cambio)

Comunicación interna e información sobre cambios en la producción

Crear y mejorar las instrucciones de operación

Coordinación de medidas de seguridad en planta

Informes de la eficiencia de la unidad

**Requisitos**:
Formación académica mínima: Ingeniería de procesos / Ingeniería química/ Grado en Química/ Ingeniería técnica.

Varios años de experiência en una planta de producción. Conocimiento experto en un campo específico.

Buen nível de inglés
