JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Contacting with customers with collections pending- Chasing outstanding debt.- Reconciling claim accounts.- Coordinating with back office the accounts updating.- Forwarding claim discrepancies queries to the corresponding destination office for clarification.- Weekly report about status of claim balances.- Coordinating with credit control the review of clients’ credit limits.
Requirements:
- High knowledge of the English language. Desirable Spanish and German knowledge.- Microsoft office (specially excel)- Good negotiation skills- High performance in communication and organizational skills
