Responsible for Human Resource administration activities, including but not limited to, on
- and offboarding, absence management, payroll data entry and benefits administration for Spain.
- Responsible for the execution of HR Programs - from design of HR processes to facilitating the execution of them.
- Coordinate payroll for Spain.
- Carrying out the full range of HR operations processes in a timely manner including onboarding new hires, offboarding, absence management, data collection, benefit management and other insurance administrations.
- Providing excellent service: First line to all employees and vendors enquiries.
- Drafting and executing all employment documentations, including but not limited to, contracts, addenda, relocation needs etc.
- Responsible for the completeness of HR data, employee privacy and completeness of employee files.
- Reports and overviews: leading all dashboard activities, including drafting and, analyzing recommendations to the people plans based on detailed information.
- Technical savvy, continuously innovate and automate processes and procedures.
- Ensuring processes, procedures and policies are properly documented and up to date.
- Answering employee inquiries and create a positive employee experience.
- Ability to support payroll administration in different countries.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about HR
- Experience as coordinator or team leader
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or a senior administrative role or other position in a demanding and professional business environment.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Ability to deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
- You have an enthusiastic attitude; a proactive approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- You have a collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong people skills, problem solving mindset & positive can do attitude.
- You’re eager to learn and try new things.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Benefits**
