**- Who are we looking for? -**
We are currently looking for our next **Chief People Officer** to join our talented People Team in Barcelona, using English as the daily working language.
As Chief People Officer, and member of the Management Team, you will report directly to our CEO and you will be responsible for **developing and implementing our People & Organization strategy** in support of the **company's strategic direction and ambition**.
**- Wondering what you will be doing? Here it goes -**
- You will support the CEO and the Management Team in achieving organizational growth across multiple departments and countries.
- As part of the management team, proactively drive organizational change, decision making around people, talent and organizational effectiveness providing data-driven business solutions.
- You will lead the strategy to foster employee engagement and spread our company culture.
- You will oversee and manage our People team to ensure accuracy and consistency of HR operational processes across multiple geographies.
- You will expand and further develop, strengthen, and structure the scope of the People team in the company, across all People & Organization areas (e.g., employer branding & talent acquisition, performance management and career paths, learning & leadership/talent development, organizational development, compensation and benefit, DE&I, etc.)

- You have at least 8+ years of professional experience as HR leader, preferably in the tech industry and / or in a fast-paced environment, in multiple geographies.
- Business mindset and tech sav, with great adaptability skills and a business-support attitude.
- You have direct experience in shaping and delivering a people and org strategy, supporting steep organization growth, strengthening and structuring the People department.
- Team player, with strong leadership and great collaboration skills.
- Humble and positive mindset. Active listener, eager to learn.
- Highly analytical person, always aiming to base your decisions and recommendations on data and facts.
- Strong cross-cultural sensitivity and availability for travels among offices.

**- Let’s not forget about language skills -**
- Excellent English, both written and spoken;
- Bonus point for fluency in Spanish.
