At Expansion People, we are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with strong strategic vision and a results-driven mindset to lead the international expansion of a fast-growing health-tech company. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking, operational execution and inspiring leadership, with solid experience in B2B SaaS environments — ideally within medical software, eHealth or medtech. Theselected candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, andoptimisingthe global commercial strategy, leading the growth of international sales and partner teams, and accelerating marketpenetration worldwide.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the global commercial strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.Design and structure the international commercial organisation (direct sales, partners, channels).Identify market opportunities in regions such as Europe, LATAM, Middle East, etc.Align marketing, sales and product strategies to maximise demand generation.Lead the commercial transformation towards scalable models, clear processes and robust metrics.Lead, develop and motivate a high-performance, results-oriented team.Establish commercial OKRs and KPIs and ensure rigorous performance tracking.Drive acquisition of major accounts (hospitals, clinics, insurers, public administrations).Negotiate strategic agreements with partners, distributors and corporate allies.Oversee pricing, forecasting, pipeline management and revenue operations.Represent the company at international fairs, congresses and industry events.Requirements10+ years of experience leading commercial or business development teams in B2B SaaS.Proven experience in internationalisation and multi-country go-to-market strategies.Experience managing multicultural teams (sales, marketing, customer success).Advanced English.Based in Barcelona.What We OfferA stable project within a growing international tech company.Direct leadership over the global commercial strategy.Dynamic, innovative and scalability-focused environment.High degree of autonomy and involvement in key strategic decisions.Competitive compensation package according to experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
