**Responsabilidades**:
Desarrollar y mantener el cronograma del proyecto, asegurando que todas las etapas se planifiquen de manera eficiente y se ejecuten en los plazos establecidos.

Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo ingeniería, construcción, y gestión de recursos, para identificar actividades, hitos y dependencias del proyecto.

Analizar y prever posibles desviaciones en el cronograma, proponiendo soluciones y ajustes necesarios para mantener el proyecto en el camino correcto.

Preparar informes de progreso y análisis de planificación para la alta dirección y partes interesadas, asegurando una comunicación clara y efectiva.

Facilitar reuniones de planificación y seguimiento, documentando decisiones y acciones acordadas.

Implementar herramientas y software de gestión de proyectos para mejorar la visibilidad y seguimiento del avance del proyecto.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas y estándares de la industria de Data Centers durante la planificación del proyecto.

Contribuir a la identificación de riesgos y la planificación de mitigación asociados al cronograma del proyecto.

**Requisitos**:
Título universitario en Ingeniería, Arquitectura, Gestión de Proyectos o campo relacionado.

Mínimo 10 años de experiência en planificación de proyectos de construcción. Se valorará un enfoque específico en Data Centers.

Dominio muy fluido del inglés (oral y escrito); se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas europeos.

Experiência en el uso de software de gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, o similares).

Conocimiento profundo de metodologías de planificación y gestión de proyectos (PMBOK, Agile, etc.).

Habilidades excepcionales de análisis, organización y atención al detalle.

Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo multicultural.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
