**What You Can Expect**:
We are looking for a Program Manager to support our transformation office team and help us deliver strategic projects across the organization. You will be responsible for supporting the project portfolio management, reporting and governance processes, as well as assisting and leading projects as required.

The scope of work within the Transformation office is diverse and varied in nature. We manage a wide range of projects and perform multiple activities: attend and drive meetings, generate reports, model and/or track financial and operational performance, support integrations, etc. Accordingly, we are seeking an individual who can quickly adapt to multiple circumstances, cultural environments and dynamics. The individual needs to have a flexible and collaborative approach to work in order to help us continue the transformational journey in ZB.

**How You Create Impact**:

- Support the ongoing project portfolio tracking and reporting, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Assist in leading projects and with increased experience lead projects, following the project management methodology and best practices.
- Support project investment reviews, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, business cases, and benefits realization.
- Support business partner reviews, facilitating communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO processes, tools, and standards.

**What Will Make You Stand Out**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a PMO or project management role.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques such as developing a project plan, milestone plan, dependency identification, status reporting, and issue resolution and with.
- Experience with Smartsheets or other project management software is also beneficial.

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Able to work proactively and independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experienced in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and strong relationships with others while establishing a wide and effective peer network across the organization.
