Sweden-based **Mölnlycke Health Care**, a leading European manufacturer and supplier of disposable surgical sets, surgical drapes, surgical garments and advanced wound healing products, is looking to expand its team.
As a **Commercial Excellence Manager **(m/w/d), you would formulate and execute an effective strategic sales excellence plan in line with global and regional strategies in order to drive above market growth while optimizing our sales channels (both direct and indirect) across Iberia. Drive collaboration, engagement and alignment between global and local, across the region, between sales and marketing and with key supporting services.
**Your responsibility**
- defining the strategy and overseeing Commercial Excellence initiatives across the region
- enabling our sales organization and business strategies, ensuring effectiveness of programs, and optimal deployment of tools and enablers
- Leading sales improvement projects across Iberia in line with business priorities
- Deploying existing and new standardized sales processes and sales tools (e.g. Sales Operating Model, CRM, sales enablement processes/tools, new analytics capabilities / tools)
- Accountable for the Sales Force Effectiveness strategy in the region including new hire orientation & on-boarding, development of managers and leaders, and deployment strategies, as well as the implementation of the standardized SFE process
- setting and driving the regional commercial short, mid
- and long-term sales effectiveness strategy to meet the future business needs;
- Ensuring the development and delivery of training programs to address capability gaps and adapt to evolving commercial model. Collaborating with business leaders to establish a coaching culture.
- Being champion the use of Sales Enablement Tools to improve efficiency and optimize our business approach.
- Creating a vision for advanced business analytics and provide leadership to deliver high impact data driven insights.
- Supporting sales incentives plan design and performance monitoring and recommend incentive initiative to align with organizational priorities.
- Establishing territory design/alignment management.
**Profile**
- 10+ years of medical device/pharmaceutical/biotech experience. Seasoned sales and marketing leader with track record at regional level
- 5+ years of people management experience highly preferred (A combination of sales, marketing and P&L experience is ideal.)
- Experience implementing Commercial capability program in large organizations
- Proven experience in implementing initiatives resulting in significant sales growth and delivery of financial commitments
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Willingness to frequent travels
- Strategic, analytical and pragmatic thinking; ability to shift between details and overall picture
- Ability to develop a strategy as well as drive execution
- Seasoned critical & analytical thinker
- Demonstrated skills for problem solving and issue handling
- Proactive and service oriented
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
