**ABOUT THE JOB**:
We are looking for an Education Coordinator to fulfil the learner needs and improve the quality of medical online learning programs. We are looking for someone who will support our efforts through working on online educational activities and assist us identifying new educational opportunities for our learners, clients and supporters (pharmaceutical and medical device industry). The Education Coordinator will work together with a team of Online Learning Specialists on exciting online learning projects for healthcare professionals, and medical associations, and support the identification and development of learning strategies and e-learning projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As Education Coordinator, you will be part of the Kenes Digital team that is delivering meaningful medical education activities to its target audience and its clients with support of education grants and sponsoring.
Your responsibilities will include:
Project management for learning projects and e-learning materials
Building relationships with the Online Learning Specialists and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)
Deliver (e-)learning programs, courses and tools for a variety of medical topics and healthcare professionals
Implement learning content produced together with Online Learning Specialists and Healthcare Professionals (content experts), according to project needs, timelines and specifications
Coordinate communication with stakeholders (healthcare professionals/ content experts/ pharmaceutical and medical device companies/ internal departments)
Set-up, support and maintain the online learning platform
Hosting webinars
Develop reports of the online learning platforms and activities, inform stakeholder and take appropriate actions if required
Coordinate and support on the roll out of (e-)learning initiatives
Other tasks as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor degree and/or academic background
Project management skills and ability to work in a structured way, being responsible to deadlines and tight timelines (if necessary)
Flexible to working hours (if necessary)
Fluent English (spoken and written) and clear communication skills
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe PDF
Experience hosting webinars
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments and with healthcare professional clients
Experience with online learning, preferably in healthcare is an advantage
Experience and knowledge about online learning systems (LMS and CMS/ authoring tools) is an advantage
