**Descripción de la oferta**: Administrative and management responsibilities
- Respect the guidelines set down by King’s Infant School, S.L.
- Ensure that the use of English is employed at all times with the children and staff at the school during the course.
- Be prepared to follow a flexible working timetable.
- Create and organise the course timetables (Lesson plans, Class times, Workshops, Staff duties, Days off etc.)
- Organise a course training day before the beginning of the camp to review the activities, timetables and expectations of the camp.
- Check the lists of materials/resources needed for the Course before the start of the camp and inform the School Secretary.
- Once the course is underway, any requests for additional materials/replenishments must be sent in writing to the School Secretary
- Complete a lesson observation for every teacher on the Course.
- Unpack and pack course material with teachers and monitors (if applicable).
- Ensure the smooth running of the timetable and optional classes.
- Work as part of a team.
- Any admin tasks regarding the first week of camp (English classes, distribution of kids, etc.) must be done before the training day.
- Every time there’s an incident and a kid needs to be taken to hospital, you need to follow the emergency protocol.
- Be responsible when using Petty Cash and ask for authorisation if the cost is unusual

Class duties during the Camp
- Grouping of students with teachers at the start of course.
- Monitor English and Spanish class levels, making changes where necessary, trying to balance the groups by age and level, etc., as much as possible.
- Offer help and advice to teachers on both an academic and personal level, assist with the preparation of classes: providing photocopies or other academic materials as and when they are needed.
- Supervise and monitor the planning and preparation of the classes with teachers.
- Hold meetings to assess the Daily Lesson Plans in order to check the suitability and content of the material and offer guidance when necessary.
- Check the content of the work being completed by students on a regular basis to ensure that a high standard is maintained.
- Cover a teacher if he/she is unavailable to attend camp due to health issues.
- Provide feedback to the Headteacher on the running and progress of the classes.

General course duties
- Maintain an awareness of fire, health and safety regulations (Handbook).
- Staff are required to complete Level 1 Safeguarding training using an online certification system.
- Be responsible for the well-being of the children and staff on the camp.
- Be prepared, when necessary, to take a child from camp to the nearest Health Centre or hospital.
- Work as part of a team.
- Ensure that all staff follow the timetable, maintaining punctuality.
- Ensure that any doubts or complaints from the parents or tutors are dealt with rapidly.
- Ensure the uniform provided by King’s Infant School, S.L. is worn at all times by

teachers and monitors.
- Ensure that all staff maintain good standards of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
- Complete a Daily Incident and Parents Complaint Sheet to be given to the Director upon request.

Supervise and ensure that the following duties are monitored safely and correctly by all members of staff
- Be available each day for parent pick up.
- Supervision of children at break times as and when required.
- Ensure that children are given adequate care when feeling unwell or injured.
- Ensure allergic children are having an appropriate and balanced diet (special care when on excursions).
- Programme and coordinate the weekend activities together with the Activities Coordinator.
