Program Coordinator, Executive Education

Overview:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of day to day tasks of the Executive Education programs, in order to guarantee an effective and efficient development of the operations and services provided to students.
**Responsibilities**:
**Key Action Areas**:
- Responsible for planning the program sessions
- Coordinate teachers' agendas
- Coordinate teaching material requests with the Documentation department, upload documents and syllabus to the online campus
- Proactively manage the relationship with students before and during the program, provide them with relevant information, solve problems, questions, refer them to the appropriate areas, follow up on their attendance record
- Administrative tasks such as coding invoices, uploading expenses to TRAVEX, managing advances
- Organize teacher’s trips
- Tabulate surveys
- Preparation of presentations and informational material with Word and Powerpoint
- Flexibility in taking on specific tasks to ensure the efficient development of the program
Qualifications:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor´s Degree
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, as this position requires both languages everyday
- At least 3 years of experience
- Skills such as project management, customer service, problem resolution and teamwork
- International profile, experience in working in multicultural environments
- Position with a 12-month contract. Continuation will be reviewed at 12 months based on the business and job performance._
