**MISION**:
Drive disciplined Data analytics, Performance Management and Rewards and Recognition measurement to support sales growth across the country by supporting the local implementation of performance management tools.
**REPORTS TO**:
Commercial Excellence Manager
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provides analysis, ad hoc reporting, and sales analytical support to sales and marketing management.
- Drives strategic decision-making through the provision, analysis and interpretation of information and metrics.
- Assists in publishing standard reports for management.
- Participates in developing sales analytics projects.
- Prepares presentations and reports to support sales conferences/meetings.
- Looks proactively for ways to assist others and to contribute on the data analysis.
- Maintenance of Analitical Tools and Business Intelligence Tools.
- Implement and measure efficiency of Data Analysis and other tools that allow organization to measure performance, KPI’s and Rewards and recognition ownership (Measure tracking and data maintenance).
- Recommends and helps to establish a performance management system for Sales reps and ensure that reward and recognition systems drive desired Sales Rep behaviour.
- Helps to coach Sales Managers in SFE and to establish induction programme for Sales Reps.
- Provide franchise directors with dashboard to track effectiveness of the sales teams.
- Proactively and continuously liaises with EMEA Teams to develop BI, CRM & incentives plans, leverage synergies / avoid duplication, and share / generate insights.
**Qualifications**
**JOB PROFILE**
- University Degree (Economics, Law, Marketing ) MBA desirable.
- High level of English.
- High level of Excel and Access tools.
- Experience in BI tools (Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI )
- Experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management is desirable (CRM)
- Experience in leading multi-discipline cross-organizational terms without direct line authority.
- Effective communicator with experience in presenting complex people and training issues.
- Knowledge of the medical device industry, medical product, procedures, funding issues and how J&J operates is desirable
