**SGT&O is looking for a TRANSACTION MONITORING RESPONSIBLE based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Transaction Monitoring Responsible **you will be responsible to define the operating model for Transaction monitoring and guarantee its implementation into the different units of the Group.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Collaborate in the design of the global operating model for Transaction Monitoring.
- Assure the appropriate implementation and development of the operational model in each unit ensuring that the model is 100% aligned with the global one.
- Manage key elements (workflows, cases analysis, operations service levels, operational risks, new requirements etc.) of FCC services.
- Be proactive in building and developing a trustable relationship and environment with clients (Units to which Services are provided).
- Working closely with both the Global & Local functions of Financial Crime to manage change, including building processes and implement solutions.
- Responsibility to enable the right training and the proper awareness of the financial crime environment for all the team members

EXPERIENCE
- +3 years of experience working with Financial Crime related topics, particularly in Transaction Monitoring

EDUCATION
- Bachelor of Business Administration and Management or Finance.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Transaction Monitoring processes
- Leadership and change management skills
- Excellent communication skills - oral, written, in-person. Communication with senior people within the organization and the clients
- High level of English is a must

EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

EDUCATION

Business School of Management (Bachelor Degree) - 3 years, Engineering (Bachelor Degree) - 3 years
