For this reason, we are looking for a Junior Associate with more than 2 years of experience to join our Portfolio Management Team in Madrid. ¿What will you do on a day-to-day basis?_**
- Collaborate in defining top-down portfolio strategies and oversighting their implementation in loan and asset servicing, balancing risk against performance and centralizing communication with the investor, mostly private equity firms.
- Elaboration and update of the business plans and pricing models of NPL and REO portfolios with the supervision of the senior colleagues.
**_ ¿What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?_**
- Either an economics/business or engineering/math degree and finance background.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Advanced user of Excel.
- Knowledge of access/SQL is desirable.
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional analytical flair.
- 2 years of experience.
