**Nuestro cliente, un importante servicer del mercado está en búsqueda de un portfolio analyst para su equipo de portfolio management.**
**El perfil debe reunir los siguientes requisitos**:

- **2-4 años expereincia en el sector Real Estate en departamentos de portfolio management, análisis de inversión RE con contacto director con cliente/fondo...**:

- **Dominio profesional de Excel.**:

- **Capacidad y dominio de financial modelling, desde la originación del modelo, se hará prueba.**:

- **Inglés avanzado C1.**
**Buscamos un perfil híbrido de inversión con contacto director y reporting al fondo de inversión, y con mínimo dos años de experiência.**
**Sus principales funciones: segmentación, definción de estrategias y modelización del portfolio. Contacto directo con el cliente (fondo de máxima reputación mundial). Gesión de cliente NPL. Financial modelling.
