**Job Description**:
Title : Gen2 Developments Programme Manager

Location : UK, US. South Africa, Madrid & Sao Paulo, Mexico city

The purpose of this strategic role is to lead the delivery of the Gen 2 developments for scaling up Serialization with a robust a cost efficient set up. The role will also manage relationship with Procurement to onboard strategic suppliers. The role will partner with SC and Product development to ensure the strategic roadmaps are coordinated
- Lead the Gen 2 deployment roadmap, ensuring effective program and project management takes place at all stages.
- Work in partnership with Software and Hardware Digital teams, Global Engineering and Product development to ensure program meets strategic objectives (cost and performance) of scaling phase.
- Ensure each project has correct governance to allow effective delivery.
- Ensure effective reporting and communications takes place
- Ownership of the change management process for Gen2 implementation
- Design appropriate change management plans to speed up implementation
- Prepare action plans and risk mitigation tactics to ensure success of the projects.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance at organisational and site level.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans and management systems at services centres
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness of the technology and systems
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
