As Impress continues to increase its global reach, we are growing our Team in Barcelona.

We are looking for an enthusiastic English Customer Service Agent who will be an important part of a hard-working, fast-growing team. Are you ready for the challenge? You will become a part of a team improving people’s health, confidence, and smiles.

**What will you be doing❓**
- Make calls, book and confirm appointments, respond to Dental Monitoring and follow up with patients.
- Coordinate the incoming calls and requirements of new or existing customers giving support and help.
- Greet customers, explain our product, and guide customers through deadlines and expectations in the clinic, help clients complete documentation if necessary.
- To maintain customer relationships and coordinate non-medical questions.
- Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.

**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**
- A fluent level of Spanish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- High level of English (both spoken and written)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- You are recognized for your team spirit, and your interpersonal and writing skills.
- A proactive attitude
- Proven experience in a telesales environment and engaging with leads over the phone is a plus

**Benefits**:
What do we offer?
- Start date: 26th of October
- Contract: Indefinido (with 1 month probation period)
- Schedule, Part time 30h, 5 days/week, rotating Monday to Friday 15h to 21h Saturday 9h to 15h
- Training details: 3 days full time training 9h to 18h
- Salary: 13,077€ gross/year + performance bonus: up to 769€ gross/year
