We are looking for an enthusiastic fluent English speaker to work as a Booking Agent. You will be an essential part of a hard-working, fast-growing team, that work to improve people's health, confidence, and smiles. Are you ready for the challenge?

**What will you be doing?**:
Make calls, book and confirm appointments, respond to Dental Monitoring and follow up with patients.
Coordinate incoming calls and requirements of new or existing customers giving support and help.
Greet customers, explain our product, and guide customers through deadlines and expectations in the clinic, help clients complete documentation if necessary.
Maintained customer relationships and coordinated non-medical questions.
Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.

**Requirements**:
.A high level of English (minimum C1) with exceptional grammar and spelling skills

A fluent or bilingual Spanish level

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

You are recognized for your team spirit, your proactivity, and your interpersonal and writing skills

Proven experience in a telesales environment engaging with leads over the phone is a big plus

**Benefits**:
.Start date: ASAP

Contract: Indefinido
Schedule: Full-time 39h, 5 days/week. Monday - Saturday rotatives, from 09:00h - 20:00h

**Salary**: 17.000€ gross/year + performance bonus: 1000€ gross per year
