Importante empresa de transporte busca, para su delegación del Mollet del Vallès, un/a agente de booking (comercial) para sumarse al equipo de trabajo:
Funciones:

- Gestión y seguimiento de pedidos: gestionar todo el circuito de venta desde la cotización inicial hasta el control de pago y reclamación de facturas.
- Atención telefónica de clientes (en castellano, catalán o inglés).
- Introducción y gestión de pedidos al sistema informático.
- Resolución de incidencias.
- Seguimiento y mantenimiento de la cartera de clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência entre 2 y 5 años en un puesto similar.
- Formación de grado superior con especialización en turismo.
- Se valora experiência en departamento de reservas, hoteles, agencias de viaje o similar.
- Idiomas necesarios: español, catalán e inglés.
- Dominio del paquete office.
- Actitud proactiva, orientada al comercio y con capacidad de negociación.
- Perfil analítico para marcar tarifas siguiendo las directrices de la empresa.

Se ofrece:

- Contrato estable directo por empresa.
- Rango salarial de entre 21.000€ y 23.000€ brutos anuales.
- Jornada completa con horario rotativo.
- Teletrabajo un día a la semana (martes o jueves) tras periodo presencial de 3 meses.
- Ticket transporte.
- Descuento para mutua.
