This time, we are looking for a new partner in crime for the HR team at Headquarters

What do we need?

Regional HR Coordinator

What will you do with us?
- You will be in charge of all the employees located in your area of influence
- Recruitment, shaking talent, developingand much more will be on you
- After all, you will be the guarding of the happiness of our people

What are we actually looking for?
- I need you to be a truly Roomie, this means to be fun and brave, to be committed with your colleagues and feel passion about your job
- It is truly important that you have previous experience in HR as a generalist, specifically for the “soft side”, meaning: recruitment, training,
- If you come from the hotelier sector, that´s a plus
- English is a must, we act locally but think globally
- The position will be based in Madrid but the person will travel few times a year (national or international)

Salario: 25.000,00€-30.000,00€ al año
