**We are looking for**
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Solid technical knowledge: A Technical Analyst should have extensive knowledge and experience in software development technologies, programming languages, databases, frameworks, and other relevant tools and technologies.
- Analytical skills: Must be able to analyze functional requirements and system specifications, translating them into an appropriate technical solution, considering performance, security, scalability, and maintainability aspects.
- Design skills: Should have the ability to design the system architecture, database structure, and necessary technical components to implement the proposed solution.
- Quality orientation: Must have a focus on quality and efficiency, seeking technical solutions that are robust, scalable, secure, and easy to maintain.
- Communication skills: Should have good communication skills to interact with the development team, the client, and other stakeholders, explaining and defending the technical decisions made.
