Are you passionate about helping others and solving problems? If so, we want you to join us as a Customer Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support within the framework of customer contracts.
- Enhance efficiency and quality in daily tasks and team activities.
- Ensure high professionalism and quality in all services.
- Participate in process and routine development activities.
- Support the payroll team to develop payroll skills when possible.

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
- Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English are mandatory.
