Divilo is a payment entity. Divilo offers a 360º solution in payments, acquiring, and accounting tools to companies and freelancers with the most advanced technology solutions.

The challenge ahead is remarkably interesting, because the idea is to strengthen the Spanish market with plans for global expansion, and for that the key is the team and the management that we make of it.

**About the role**
- Develop and supervise a technical support team.
- Escalation points for staff.
- Take part in onsite visit rota.
- Lead staff performance reviews.
- Point of contact for technical conversations with clients and internal areas. Follow-up calls to clients. Attend client meetings, as required.

**Qualifications**
- 8+ years of work experience as Technical Operations Manager or positions related.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or similar.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management.
- Knowledge of middleware solutions.
- ITIL fundamentals Cross-team working.
- Knowledge of shared services environment Financial services, Fintech or payments/banking industry background.
- Excellent influencing skills.
- Fluent English.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in startup environment.
