**Operations Manager - Madrid, Spain**
As Operations Manager for Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar you will ensure the timely delivery of all regional projects, be the liaison between technical and non-technical teams and ensure the correct operation of the network. All projects in Western Union involve multi disciplinary teams in Asia, Europe and US, Africa and LACA.
- Hybrid: 3 days at the office per week_
**Role Responsibilities**
- Support to owned Stores
- Strong support to the sales team managing our network of independent agents
- Close to market and Competition operation changes
- Leading Compliance projects (KYC, GDPR, KYA) with Key Partners (Banks, Postal offices, Financial Institutions) for Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, and Netherlands.
- Technical update projects, including the rollout of new technologies to a diverse network of Agents, using Agile methodologies.
**Role Requirements**
- Experience in operations management supporting multi projects
- Troubleshooting experience
- Expert in Ticket management
- Proficiency in Excel, networking, Windows
- Preferred knowledge of, JavaScript, Action Script - Power Automate - C#, Visual Studio, SQL
- Attention to detail and follow-through skills a must.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Sound logic, reasoning skills to identify, develop, evaluate alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
