Gestión de atenciones para clientes VIP
- Analizar los comentarios de los clientes y proporcionar dirección estratégica para
- mejorar continuamente la calificación general
- Promover todos los servicios, comodidades y programas que ofrece el hotel
- Garantizar que los clientes sean recibidos correctamente a su llegada
- Gestión de incidencias y quejas de clientes durante sus estancia;
- Coordinar y gestionar la comunicación entre los huéspedes y el personal y hacer
- un seguimiento para garantizar que se resuelven las preocupaciones de los
- clientes
- Aprendizaje del PMS hotelero**Requisitos**:
**Titulación mínima**: Grado/Máster
**Experiência**: No requerida
**Categoría profesional**:Prácticas/Trainee
**Residencia**: Provincia vacante
- Inscrito en curso/universidad con posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas
