You'll be instrumental in bringing this innovative concept to life, blending the best of traditional hospitality with cutting-edge flexible living solutions.If interested, please send us your most updated CV in English.Your Responsibilities Manage guest check-in and check-out to ensure smooth transitions Handle reservations and room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue Work with internal teams to address guest requests and concerns in a timely manner Arrange pre-arrival services for VIPs, corporate clients, and groups Use analytical skills to track and optimize room inventory for new reservations Find ways to improve guest satisfaction and team performance Keep accurate guest data in the PMS and other IT systems, following SOPs Your Qualifications 0 to 1 year of experience in a hospitality role or customer service industry, preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment Proven ability to exceed guest expectations and achieve high satisfaction scores Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest concerns Proficiency in Google Suite, Google Drive, and PMS/helpdesk systems Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and various shifts What we offer Welcome Package: Start your journey with us fully equipped—Habyt swag and all the tech you need from day one.
