Inside Sales Team Manager

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in managing a telemarketing / sales team or similar
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programmes (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English with an additional language a bonus.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer objections
**Package**:
- The working hours are: Monday to Friday 10 am to 5.30 pm
- Autonomo with a basic salary of €1400 plus an override and commissions.
