AnyTech365 is a fast-growing European IT and IoT security company. We are looking for a motivated Nordics Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Marbella. Your Mission In this role, your primary mission is to drive sales performance across the Nordic markets. Specifically, you will focus on Dutch-speaking customers while supporting team growth through coaching and strategic input. Key Responsibilities As a Sales Manager , you will have the following duties: First, you will drive and manage the daily sales operations for the Nordic region. Performance: Next, you will monitor team performance and ensure the achievement of individual and team KPIs. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to define and execute effective sales strategies. Leadership: Furthermore, you will train, coach, and motivate sales agents to deliver excellent results. Finally, you will provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership. Language: You must be Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). Note that Spanish is a plus, but not required. Experience: You need 2–3 years of experience in a sales management or team lead role. Location: You must be able to work full-time on-site in our Marbella office.
