We're looking for an energetic and reliable Lead Guide & Operations Coordinator (fulltime) to join our adventure business in Marbella. This person will be the key link between the management team and our guides, combining hands-on guiding with coordination and leadership responsibilities. Most of the time you'll be out there — leading canyoning, hiking, and city tours — while also making sure operations run smoothly behind the scenes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Several years of experience as a guide or team leader in tourism or outdoor adventure Knowledge of, or strong interest in, basic business operations A valid driver's license Fluency in English and Spanish We are looking for someone who: Leads by example and inspires team spirit Has a passion for outdoor activities, nature, and local culture Remains calm under pressure, solution-focused, and balances safety with fun Is reliable, takes initiative, and stays organized Can manage office tasks, coordinate activities, and support the team efficiently What we offer: Competitive salary well above the Spanish average Full-time position in Marbella, with our office in San Pedro de Alcántara Excellent working conditions Varied work with real responsibility International and enthusiastic team Key responsibilities Guiding & Customer Experience: Lead safe, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for guests.
