We are seeking anOperations Coordinator to ensure our homes are consistently guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards.#128273; Role PurposeThe Operations Coordinator will oversee inspections, maintenance, and guest satisfaction processes, acting as the link between property owners, service providers, and the guest experience team.#127969; Core ResponsibilitiesProperty Management & Inspections Conduct regular property checks (pre-arrival, mid-stay, post-stay) Identify and resolve maintenance, safety, or presentation issues Guarantee that every home meets Swish’s luxury brand standardsMaintenance & Repairs Manage preventive maintenance schedules (AC, pool, gardens, appliances) Coordinate contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and timeliness Keep accurate maintenance logs and handle urgent repairs swiftlyHousekeeping & Logistics Oversee housekeeping schedules and turnovers Ensure immaculate cleaning, linen, and presentation standards Liaise with cleaning and laundry teams to meet tight deadlinesGuest Experience Ensure properties exceed expectations on arrival Act as operational support for any in-stay issues Monitor guest feedback to continuously improve standardsDamage & Inventory Management Conduct check-in/out inspections and manage damages Track and replenish consumables and luxury amenitiesOperational Systems & Processes Create SOPs, workflows, and checklists for efficiency Update PMS/CRM with operational data and reports Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standardsSupplier & Contractor Management Maintain strong vendor relationships (maintenance, linens, pool, gardens) Negotiate rates and service agreements to ensure quality and cost efficiencyReporting & Continuous Improvement Deliver regular reports on property condition, spend, and guest feedback Suggest improvements to streamline operations and enhance satisfaction#127919; Skills & ExperienceProven xsgfvud experience in hospitality operations, property management, or luxury STRStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience managing housekeeping, maintenance, and suppliersProactive, solution-oriented, and calm under pressureExcellent communication in English (Spanish desirable)Driving license and flexibility to travel between properties in Marbella#128142; Personal AttributesHighly organized and process-drivenStrong leadership and vendor management skillsHands-on, professional, and guest-focusedPassionate about luxury hospitality and Swish Marbella’s valuesIf you’re ready to join a fast-paced luxury brand and help us deliver flawless guest stays, we’d love to hear from you.#128073; Apply via
