Job Title: OPERATIONS MANAGER

Reports to: GENERAL MANAGER

Responsible for: Manage and develop projects

Job Requirements:

- Education in: Technical Engineer/ Technical Architect

Highly valued: PMP: Project Management Professional
- Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Languages: English - Professional Level + Spanish - Professional Level

Other languages are highly valued (French, German, Russian, Arabic)

Principal Scope and Purpose of Job:
Lead the execution of construction projects

Align construction efforts with company's brand identity, maintaining premium quality and attention to detail

Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, external consultants, and contractors

Qualifications:
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all phases of expansion projects, from planning to execution

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project goals with company standards

Provide regular progress updates and reports to the General Manager

Ensure compliance with local regulations, legal licenses and health and safety standards

Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout project lifecycles

Operational Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and necessities

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring safety standards and quality control

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to meet company aesthetic and functional goals

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues proactively

Manage risk assessments and implement corrective measures as needed

Financial Responsibilities

Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality

Review and approve project expenses, invoices, and payment schedules

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining luxury standards

Prepare financial reports and updates for senior management, highlighting project status and budget adherence

Other
