We are looking for a motivated Nordics Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Marbella. If you are results-driven and ready to lead by example, we want to hear from you Your Mission In this role, your primary mission is to drive sales performance across the Nordic markets. Specifically, you will focus on Dutch-speaking customers while supporting team growth through coaching and strategic input. Key Responsibilities As a Sales Manager , you will have the following duties: Operations: First, you will drive and manage the daily sales operations for the Nordic region. Performance: Next, you will monitor team performance and ensure the achievement of individual and team KPIs. Strategy: Additionally, you will collaborate with management to define and execute effective sales strategies. Growth: You will identify new opportunities to increase revenue within the market. Leadership: Furthermore, you will train, coach, and motivate sales agents to deliver excellent results. Reporting: Finally, you will provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership. Requirements To succeed in this position, you must meet these criteria: Language: You must be Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). Note that Spanish is a plus, but not required. Experience: You need 2–3 years of experience in a sales management or team lead role. Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Nordic markets is highly valued. Location: You must be able to work full-time on-site in our Marbella office. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills are essential.
