We are looking for a Intellectual Property, Content Editor, to join our global team.

Talented professional with Law degree, knowledge of Intellectual Property and German, Spanish & English speaker to join us.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Law Degree
- +2 years of experience on Intellectual Property Law, specifically Patents
- Fluent in English, German and Spanish

- Clear, concise, and empathetic communication skills to effectively convey information, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts
- Identify, analyse, and resolve complex problems to optimize processes and enhance outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team to achieve shared goals
- Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, clear and data-driven
- Thrives in dynamic environments, embraces change, and adapts seamlessly to new processes and challenges

What will you be doing in this role?
- Ensure a culture of execution and performance to deliver key performance indicators
- Monitor progress and provide feedback. Manage objective setting, conduct performance reviews, and performance management
- Encourage communication with colleagues and internal stakeholders
- Support in Knowledge Management team
- Support in PT-related curation projects
- Deeper analysis of specific decisions
- Analysis of UPC decisions (when applicable)
- Analysis of German, Spanish and other PT decisions as applicable per language

About the team
- You’ll be reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Editing, based in Belgium
- You’ll be part of global team distributed across the globe

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
