Your mission To give support to minimise legal risks and offer legal coverage in businesstransactions and conflicts with third parties in order to advise in decision makingwhen it is requested giving the necessary documentation or participating, when itis necessary, in the initial phase of the projects. What will the role entail? Give support in the management of the IP & domain name portfolios forPepe Jeans, Hackett and Façonnable liaising with external Trademarkagents/advisors in order to keep intellectual property assets duly protectedand up to date Give support to IP/Brand Protection related conflicts aroused with thirdparties and coordinate with external legal advisors in order to solve theconflict in the most efficient way Conduct personal data protection risk assessment and implement themeasures necessaries in order that the Group companies are compliant withdata protection applicable regulations. To draft and review the necessarycontractual documentation in relation to data protection compliance Provide legal assistance to Licensing, Operations, Marketing, IT and E-commerce Departments by drafting, reviewing and negotiating the termsand conditions of related agreements with third parties Provide legal assistance to Design Department by reviewing seasonalcollections Requisitos Job Competences: Analytical Thinking Good at Planning, Organizing and Decision Making Team Work and Leadership Requirements of the position: University Degree in Law Master in Intellectual Property (desirable) 3 years professional experience in a similar role Languages: fluent in English. French or any other EU language (desirable) Knowledge: Intellectual Property and Licensing What we offer in exchange?
