With more than 3,500 points of sale, a presence in 86 countries, and 4,500 employees from 79 nationalities, the group prioritizes innovation, craftsmanship, and sustainability.Your MissionProvide legal support to minimize risks and offer coverage in business transactions, conflicts with third parties, and initial project phases.What the Role EntailsManage IP & domain name portfolios for Pepe Jeans, Hackett and Façonnable, liaising with external trademark agents.Support IP/Brand Protection in conflicts with third parties, coordinating with external advisors to resolve efficiently.Conduct personal data protection risk assessments, implement measures, and draft/review contractual documentation to ensure compliance.Provide legal assistance to Licensing, Operations, Marketing, IT, and E‑commerce Departments by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating third‑party agreements.Assist Design Department by reviewing seasonal collections.Job CompetencesAnalytical ThinkingStrong planning, organizing and decision‑making skillsTeamwork and leadershipRequirements of the PositionUniversity degree in Law.Master in Intellectual Property (desirable).At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.Fluency in English; French or any EU language desirable.Knowledge of Intellectual Property and Licensing.What We Offer in ExchangeGreat international working environment.Corporate offices with canteen and parking.Home office once a week (Focus Friday) and flexible working hours.Flexible benefits.Discount on Group brands.Seniority Level : Mid‑Senior levelEmployment Type : Full‑timeJob Function : LegalIndustries : Advertising Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
