What will your challenges be?

Advice other areas of the company and subsidiaries in trademark protection and other intellectual property assets.

Drafting and reviewing intellectual property contracts and continuous review of the company's contracts in indirect aspects.

Advise creative and product development teams on trademark matters.

Search and prepare availability reports on trademarks

Manage the portfolio of industrial property (trademarks, industrial designs, trade names, etc.) directly and/or through external parties.

Are you the one we are waiting for?
**Education**: University degree in law with specialization in industrial and intellectual property.
**Experience**: Minimum of 10 years in trademark/patent field as a legal attorney or in an industrial property agency.
**Languages**: C2 English
