We're an international company with our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, and a growing presence in Barcelona, Spain. With over 150 employees in Stockholm and an additional 100 employees in Barcelona, we're now looking for an HR Head who will play a pivotal role in our organization.

As our new HR Head, you'll be responsible for handling HR-related tasks, payroll administration, and accounting for our Barcelona office. You'll be a vital link between our employees and management, ensuring our HR processes are correctly implemented and in compliance with labor regulations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Payroll Management**: Taking charge of payroll administration for our 100 employees in Barcelona. This includes payroll calculations, tax preparation, and reporting to tax authorities and the social security system (Seguridad Social).
- **Accounting**: Managing financial transaction accounting and ensuring the company adheres to sound accounting practices.
- **HR and Labor Law**: Handling all HR-related matters, including recruitment, hiring, training, and development. You'll also make sure our HR policies comply with labor regulations and have experience in hiring EU citizens, as most of our employees are from Sweden.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Spanish and English (at a minimum, C1 level in English) will be necessary to effectively communicate with our international and swedish/english-speaking employees.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in HR and payroll administration.
- Knowledge of labor regulations in Spain.
- The ability to prepare accurate reports to Seguridad Social and manage tax-related issues.
- Experience in hiring EU citizens.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level in English).
- Education in HR or accounting is a plus.
