**Your role in Team Novalins**:
The Freelance Project Manager is a key role within our company. In this role, you’ll be
responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of medical translation
projects for Life Sciences companies. You will be given the opportunity to take full
ownership of your work with the support of your team and the use of our property
Innovative Digital Platform. This unique platform has been designed to coordinate largescale,
complex and multilingual medical translation projects for global healthcare
companies.
Based on the project scope, you will be able to choose experts from an international
group of 3,000 freelance medical professionals located across 100 countries. Are you a

**WHAT DOES YOUR WORKDAY AT NOVALINS LOOK LIKE?**

Coordinating multilingual translation activities for global Life Sciences companies.
The documents we frequently translate are pharmaceutical materials submitted to EU
regulatory authorities, medical diagnostics for patients, content of medical software
and apps, manuals for medical devices, and many more.
Assigning each project to the right medical teams, according to the language
combinations, type of document, field of specialization, volume, etc.
Following strict QA/QC processes Novalins set to ensure the highest standard, within
the timeframe agreed set by the client or health authorities.
Communicating with your team members on a high frequent base to get the best out
of every project and yourself, share experiences, suggest improvements and more.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED**:
University degree
Excellent oral and written English, other languages will be a big plus
Detail orientation and excellent multitasking abilities
Independence in carrying out tasks from assignment to delivery
Great teamwork capabilities
Ability to work under very tight deadlines when necessary
Easy going, positive and optimistic personality is a must
