Role Description

We're looking for a
Project Manager

to join our
in-house team in Valencia, Spain

.

You'll oversee the successful execution of
translation

and
digital marketing projects

, coordinating with translators, editors, and clients to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

You'll also manage project workflows, handle customer communication, and contribute to
digital campaigns

, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.

Your Profile

  • Native or near-native in
    French and

English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience

in project coordination (translation, localization, or digital marketing preferred)
- Skilled in managing timelines, client relationships, and remote teams
- Naturally
curious

, proactive, and comfortable learning new software
- Experience with
social media

,
multimedia editing tools

, or
AI-based marketing platforms

is a big plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO appreciated
- Bachelor's degree in
Translation

Linguistics

Communication

, or a related field preferred
