Novalins is an international tech-driven medical translation company providing services to global healthcare companies in over 120 languages, for 10 years (big anniversary this year). For the last five years, we have also been very active in the digital health industry and continuously develop new solutions so our clients can expand-operate safely to international markets.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations Team in our brand-new offices in the city centre of sunny Valencia. This person will be working together with our Head of Operations to organize and oversee the daily activity of our external Project Managers.
In addition to having an international experience in similar positions, we are looking for someone who is outgoing and proactive, highly organised, professional and very meticulous, with excellent communication skills to liaise with all stakeholders involved in the project cycle.
Are you ready for your next big challenge?
Your exciting day-to-day activities will include:
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of all translation projects, for key customers.
- Brief Project Managers prior to project kick-off, especially for complex/large projects, and ensure smooth progress, delivery on time and within budget.
- Randomly check on-going projects to make sure the right translators are selected, POs are done, timelines are respected, feedbacks are collected, files are saved in corresponding folders and properly checked, etc.
- Assess Project Managers level of busyness daily and equally allocate projects.
- Proactively communicate to management how operation teams and tools can be improved/optimized to work more efficiently.
- Liaise with Clients for project-related questions, doubts or issues during the translation project.
- Quickly review final translations before delivery and inform clients about any potential comments.
- Attend conference calls with Customers and Account Manager before project kick-offs to clarify any doubt, discuss details and strategy.
- Boost dynamic and communication between PMs by organising regular meetings.
- Proactively propose new features for both platforms that can improve company and workflow efficiency.
Where you’ll be creating the magic:
You will work from our brand-new offices in Valencia (300 days of sunshine per year), where we implement the hybrid model of partly working from the office and from home, with flexible hours.
The desirable skills we’d love to read in your resume:
- Proven experience in Project Management in an international environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Excellent presentation, collaboration, and verbal and written communication skills.
- University degree in a linguistic or technical field.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
- Excellent team player and ability to act as a manager.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly solve complex situations.
