**PROJECT MANAGER**

Future Fibres is the market leader in carbon fibre rigging products for yachting. As part of the
wider North Technology group, we are at the forefront of technology in the performance
marine industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction. The project
manager is responsible for receiving rigging orders (projects) from the sales team, and ensuring
that they are designed, manufactured, and delivered to the customer on time, in budget, and at
the correct level of quality.

The Project Management role at Future Fibres is key to the success of the business. PM's work
throughout the business, with the sales team, the purchasing team, the production team, and
the senior management team.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Managing a variety of customer projects.
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of

projects.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using

appropriate verification techniques.
- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Reporting and escalating quality, resource, time, and cost issues to management as

needed.
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Assisting QC at quality control of project, or in absence of QC be able to perform quality

control independent.
**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Mechanical, aeronautical, or naval engineer experience.
- Working experience in project management in the technical sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM.
- Great interpersonal skills, needing to motivate and maintain relationships in varying

circumstances.
- Independent, pro-active, problem solver, and innovative.
- Hands-on experience with composite manufacturing will be valuable.
- Ability to balance short term needs with longer term project planning.
- Sailor or worked within the marine industry will be a plus.

En la actualidad, buscamos a un/a Project Manager capaz de gestionar los proyectos que le
sean asignados y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente. El/la Project Manager es responsable de
recibir los pedidos de aparejos (proyectos) del equipo de ventas y garantizar que se diseñan,
fabrican y entregan al cliente a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con el nível de calidad
adecuado.

La función del/la Project Manager en Future Fibres es clave para el éxito de la empresa.
Trabajan conjuntamente con el equipo de ventas, compras, producción y con el equipo
directivo.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Gestionar diversos proyectos.
- Coordinar los recursos internos y externos para la ejecución de los proyectos.
- Garantizar que todos los proyectos se entregan a tiempo, dentro del alcance y dentro del

presupuesto.
- Gestionar la relación con el cliente y todas las partes
