They work with selective clients who look for best-in-class, highly personalized property management services, managing whatever their properties may need, all the way to the rentals and sales. **Your new position / What you will need to fit the job**

**Senior Financial Controller**
- Ambition: Someone who understands that we have gold in our hands and this person will grow with the company and become a kick ass team player part of our management team. Someone who is not afraid to take us to 10 million, to a 100 million.
- We want someone that understands that leadership and respect does not come with hierarchy but with understanding colleagues, and employees and listening to them, nurturing thoughts and a true team player.
- Kick Ass: we need someone who has proven experience in a **big four or in Corporate finance.**:

- Humble: we need someone who is humble. No ego.
- ** Ideally English and Spanish speaker.**
