Financial Controller Based in Barcelona, XXX is a leading provider solution for senior executives in multinational companies.We are looking for an experienced full-time Financial Controller with a conscientious and focused approach and an ability to interact collaboratively with managers and colleagues/customers at all levels. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the functions essential to finance, from invoicing to planning and cost controls. We are looking for someone with solid experience in accounting and a strong understanding of other functional finance areas such as payments, financial systems or risk and controls.Key responsibilities:-       Generate and process client invoices.-       Monitor incoming payments, manage collections, and follow up with clients as needed-       Maintain organised archives of invoices and supporting documents-       Share relevant documentation with external accounting and tax providers in a timely and structured manner-       Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded in Salesforce; identify discrepancies and suggest process improvements-       Execute payments to service providers-       Coordinate and track supplier registration and related documentation-       Maintain a clear and up-to-date overview of the company’s financial status-       Support management and external service providers with financial and tax-related queries-       Prepare monthly financial reports for internal use-       Reconcile income and expenses, monitor bank transactions, and support cost control efforts Qualifications:-       Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field-       Fully proficient in English-       Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar financial or controlling role-       Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems-       Solid understanding of Spanish tax regulations and procedures-       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)-       Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)-       Strong analytical and organisational abilities-       High attention to detail and ability to work independently-       Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork Additional Assets: -       Experience in a multinational or service-based business-       Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Holded, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)Our offer:-       Hybrid work model with the flexibility to work remotely.-       Learning budget provided for professional development.-       Enjoy a multicultural workplace environment.-       Participate in regular team events and social gatherings.XXX is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
