**Your internship mission**:
- Customer Support Interns are customer care profiles and technically curious, ready to learn how to help demanding clients and how to deeply investigate technical issues.
- You'll join an amazing international team based in Madrid, and report directly to Leandro, our Support Team Manager in Spain.
**What you'll do ✏️**:
- Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, senior member and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer’s success
- Understand our technologies to support and troubleshoot customer’s topics
- Keeping a detailed communication with our customers through our different channels to provide accurate and prompt support
- Working across the customer service spectrum to ensure a consistent and highest-quality level of support
**About you Required**:
- Knowledge of the frontend languages, learning or very interested in learning (HTML, JS, CSS) and SQL
- Problem-solver and multitasker who stays cool under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills (listening, writing, discussing)
- Customer-centric and curious; consciously seeks to understand desired customer outcomes and advocates on their behalf.
- Ability to articulate customer’s sense of urgency
- Technology and technical interest
- Fluent in German
**Nice to have**:
- Working proficiency in other languages(French, Spanish, Italian, Polish)
**Hiring Process**:
- Phone interview with our Talent Acquisition team
- Technical test in SQL, HTML and JavaScript (Online, 30’)
- Interview with a Sr. CSS (45’)
- Interview with Support Manager (45’)
