¿Tienes pasión por la atención al cliente y quieres formar parte de un equipo dinámico? Estamos buscando un Customer Support Specialist para dar servicio en España. Si te motiva resolver problemas, ofrecer un excelente servicio y trabajar en un entorno multicultural, te estamos esperando ? Responder a las solicitudes dentro de los tiempos establecidos en nuestro Service Level Agreement . ? Fomentar el uso de herramientas de autoservicio digital. ? Realizar seguimiento y mantener informados a los clientes sobre el estado de sus solicitudes. ? Gestionar presupuestos y pedidos según los procedimientos internos. ? Proporcionar información sobre precios y disponibilidad a clientes internos y externos. ? Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar una experiencia fluida al cliente. ? Brindar apoyo a nuevos empleados y partners en procesos y herramientas. ? Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y organización. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? ️ Formación en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o Grado Superior en Administración (o experiencia equivalente). ️ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. ️ Enfoque positivo y proactivo en la resolución de problemas. ️ Atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas. ️ Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y multicultural. ️ Espíritu colaborativo y orientación a resultados. ? Salario: 27.000 €/año. ? Contrato temporal de 1 año. ? Un equipo diverso y un entorno de trabajo dinámico.
