We pride ourselves on delivering a seamless experience for both publishers and advertisers in the ever-evolving mobile and app ecosystem.

We are seeking a **Technical Account Manager** to join our team in Barcelona. This hybrid role offers a flexible mix of in-office and remote work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Account Support**: Assist senior account managers in day-to-day tasks, including monitoring account performance, responding to publisher inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- ** Data Analysis**: Analyze data using spreadsheet tools to identify trends and potential areas for optimization.
- ** Optimization Support**: Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to improve publisher revenue.
- ** Communication**: Build strong relationships with publishers and internal teams.
- ** Reporting**: Assist in creating performance reports and presentations.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Gain expertise in ad tech, including key metrics, platforms, and technologies like SDK and oRTB.

**Requirements**:

- Be able to invoice Luna Media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field with a strong technical component.
- Strong interest in digital advertising and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and grow in a team environment.
