**About the role**:
On your day-to-day, your responsibilities will be:

- Clearly define and develop a comprehensive strategy for Fever's marketplace
- Collaborate with the different business leaders to identify gaps and areas of improvement, establish KPIs, and implement initiatives to optimize performance
- Evaluate current strategies and identify areas to drive growth and improve key business metrics
- Develop a project management approach to ensure successful implementation of solutions, prioritizing projects based on their potential impact on business goals and objectives
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across multiple countries and time zones.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong accountability and ownership to meet business goals and objectives
- Engage with external stakeholders to explore opportunities for business expansion

**About you**:

- You have a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) bachelor's degree
- +5 years of experience in a process optimization and/or analytics role. +1 year of people management experience (as manager, PM, etc)
- Advanced English speaker (C1 required, C2 preferred). Other languages are a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias towards data-based decisions
- Well-structured and assertive at communicating with upper and lower stakeholders
- Able to overview processes, identify errors, propose and implement improvements

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Higher degree (Master's, PhD) in a relevant field.
- Digital marketing background, with experience in social paid platforms.
