Fulfilment Strategy & Operations Lead Role at Nivoda : drive delivery reliability, efficiency, and automation for our global B2B diamond fulfilment operations. Collaborate with the VP of Fulfilment, product, tech, data, and commercial teams to launch initiatives that improve performance and quality across all markets. UK or Spain (fully remote) Optimization & Monitoring: implement and manage tools for continuous optimisation of marketplace operations. Hubs Strategy: design and implement a global hubs strategy to enhance delivery speed and reliability. analyze operational performance and drive data‐informed decision‐making. Quality: establish and enforce rigorous quality standards across all marketplace aspects. Ongoing Fulfilment: oversee ongoing fulfilment processes, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. Automation: lead automation projects that streamline operations from order processing to delivery. Cross‐Functional Collaboration: partner with Product, Tech, Data, and Commercial teams to support the execution of key business priorities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketplace management, operations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving reliability and optimisation. Strong project management skills with experience leading cross‐functional teams. Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, fulfilment processes, and supply chain management. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, or BI tools. Master's degree in a relevant field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data to drive decision‐making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple high‐impact projects simultaneously. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Performance Outcomes Proactively address and resolve operational issues that impact performance. Quality Assurance Maintain the highest standards of quality across all marketplace functions. Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures, especially in fulfilment and order processing.
